Luxury Transport Inc (LTI) is hiring an Operations Manager to enhance our transportation services. With over three years of management experience in transportation, you will streamline workflows, develop policies, and ensure operational efficiency.

Your role will also involve training and supporting team members while adhering to strict safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities   Oversee daily operations and interdepartmental workflow
Implement operational policies and processes effectively
Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
Train, support, and lead department supervisors
Enhance resource allocation and inventory management
Requirements   3+ years’ management experience in the transportation sector
Solid leadership and communication skills
Proven abilities in multitasking under pressure

Class 4 Unrestricted license preferred
