In this pivotal managerial position, you will lead the arts and athletics initiatives at Muskoka Woods.

Your role encompasses program development, staff training, and maintaining high operational standards. You will monitor guest experiences and continuously enhance offerings with innovative activities throughout the summer camp season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of arts and athletic programs

• Supervise training for over 115 seasonal staff

• Maintain safety and operational excellence at facilities

• Design engaging cabin activity schedules

• Collaborate with HR for strategic staff recruitment

Requirements:

• 5 years of summer camp experience

• 2-3 years in leadership roles

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• College/University degree

• Ability to work long hours during summer
