Job Overview  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of store management. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales strategies, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet business goals.
Duties   Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Manage and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Oversee merchandising and inventory management to optimize sales.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory updates.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for sales growth.
Oversee budgeting activities and ensure operational costs are maintained within set parameters.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times in the cannabis industry.
Qualifications   Proven supervising or retail management experience with a strong background in team management and customer service.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle customer concerns professionally.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.
