Dynamic Program Manager at WCYR

Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Take the lead as a Program Manager at WCYR, where you’ll be responsible for enhancing program quality and community engagement in a hands-on environment. This is a full-time, primarily in-office role.

You will manage the supervision and training of staff while strategically directing programs that align with the organization’s vision. Your leadership in program management, community partnerships, and effective communication will be crucial in serving diverse client needs and securing funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise frontline staff and conduct performance reviews

• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain client records

• Develop and evaluate effective community programs

• Network with external organizations for resources

• Lead budget management and funding proposals

Requirements:

• A degree in social work, counseling or a related field

• Five years in nonprofit, three years in a supervisory role

• Expertise in program evaluation and quality assurance

• Strong relationship-building and leadership capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant databases
