Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Managers and staff to ensure high performance

• Develop safety programs to minimize incidents

• Oversee capital projects to improve productivity

• Manage derailments and service disruptions effectively

• Collaborate on talent management and succession plans

Requirements:

• Min 10 years railroad experience, 6 years track

• 5 years in a supervisory role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred

• Knowledge of ETS and Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to travel up to 50% in the region
