Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Estimators with oversight and mentorship

• Prepare and oversee project cost estimates for various sectors

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on tenders

• Assess risk factors to optimize tender costs

• Maintain relationships with clients and consultants

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of estimating experience required

• Degree in construction, business management, or engineering

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in estimating software and construction documents

• PMP or Gold Seal Certification is a plus
