We need experience from a major protocol, layer 1 or DeFi for this one. Built by a global team from leading technology, finance, and crypto backgrounds and backed by top-tier investors, They're looking for a Marketing Lead/Head of Marketing to shape and scale their brand
Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies across social, content, and events.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams on launches and partnerships.
- Manage and grow community engagement across platforms like Twitter and Discord.
- Analyze performance data to refine campaigns and drive measurable impact.
- Stay ahead of blockchain, DeFi, and web3 trends to inform positioning.
- Proven success running marketing campaigns and growing communities.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and the wider crypto ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience across both traditional and web3 marketing is a strong plus.
