About the Role

We’re building a relationship-oriented Bank for the modern world and are looking for talented, passionate professionals dedicated to delivering the right outcomes for clients.

The Digital Paid Media Team is responsible for the execution, optimization, and measurement of the Bank’s digital media initiatives. This includes managing relationships with internal marketing teams and external agencies to contribute to holistic media strategies.

The Senior Specialist, Digital Paid Media will lead the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple lines of business, with a strong focus on Programmatic platforms. This role requires hands‑on campaign management, performance optimization, KPI monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and strategic reporting.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Lead the setup, launch, and optimization of paid media campaigns (primarily Programmatic).
  • Manage pacing, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and platform‑related issues.
  • Act as the account owner and primary point of contact for execution‑based activities.
KPI Definition & Performance Monitoring
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs aligned to business objectives.
  • Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with internal marketing teams and business stakeholders.
  • Own end‑to‑end paid media execution across channels.
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Influence stakeholders through strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of Paid Media experience
    , with strong focus on Programmatic campaigns
  • 3+ years of KPI monitoring and performance reporting experience
  • 3+ years of stakeholder management experience
  • Working knowledge or certification in at least two of the following platforms:
  • DV360 (Primary)
  • Amazon DSP
  • Yahoo DSP
  • CM360
  • Strong analytical mindset with digital savviness and adaptability
Nice to Have
  • Experience with in the financial services industry or wealth management
  • Innovative and strategic thinking with trend analysis capability
  • Familiarity with social and search platforms
  • Experience collaborating across digital channels or mentoring team members
