Dominant Digital Agency is a results‑driven digital marketing agency helping SMBs grow through SEO, paid media, and high‑converting websites. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to drive client strategy, performance, and growth.
What You’ll Do- Own client strategy across paid media, SEO, and CRO
- Align campaigns with client goals and identify growth opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients
- Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Web teams
- Review performance reporting and optimize results
- Retain and grow managed revenue through expanded services
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and GA4
- Proven agency experience working with SMBs
- Data‑driven, strategic mindset with CRO and UX expertise
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable explaining results to non‑marketers
- Fully remote, full‑time role
