Lead dynamic marketing initiatives as a Field Marketing Manager with a focus on event execution. Manage an array of campaigns and webinars from a fully remote setup in Canada.

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the planning and execution of all field marketing efforts. This encompasses owning the logistics of events, generating leads through effective campaigns, and managing post-event follow-up workflows in Hub Spot. Also, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to create a streamlined process that enhances the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own event logistics and execution

• Manage multiple webinar productions each quarter

• Track and report on campaign performance

• Facilitate vendor selection and partnership agreements

• Ensure alignment with sales strategies

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of marketing experience in technology

• Proven success in generating measurable leads

• Strong organizational and execution skills

• Experience in handling multiple timelines

• Capability to work collaboratively remotely
