Lead the marketing strategy as Vice President at CLEAResult, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability. Shape marketing initiatives that enhance brand leadership and customer engagement while driving organizational growth.

In this executive role, you will create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across various disciplines, supporting the mission-driven framework of CLEAResult. You'll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and executive teams to translate corporate strategies into impactful marketing actions. Oversee a team of 100+ marketing professionals across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement marketing priorities and plans

• Lead corporate marketing and communications

• Enhance client relationships through strategic engagement

• Spearhead digital marketing and demand generation

• Set performance benchmarks for marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred in Marketing or Business

• 10+ years of high-level marketing experience

• Familiarity with Energy Efficiency initiatives

• Proven record in leading effective marketing teams

• Proficient in marketing technologies and analytics
