Were looking for a Marketing Specialist who can own ad creative development and SEO-driven content, helping us increase acquisition, engagement, and conversion across paid and organic channels.
What You willDoAd Creative & Performance Marketing
- Develop high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid channels
- Write and iterate on ad copy, headlines, hooks, and CTAs based on performance data
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to test messaging, creatives, and formats
- Refresh and optimize creative assets regularly to avoid fatigue and improve ROAS
- Translate healthcare concepts into clear, compliant, and compelling messaging
- Write and optimize SEO-driven blog content, landing pages, and website copy
- Conduct keyword research and align content with search intent
- Improve on-page SEO (headings, meta titles, descriptions, internal linking)
- Support content updates across core service pages and program pages
- Ensure content is accurate, patient-friendly, and aligned with healthcare standards
- Work closely with product, operations, and clinical teams to ensure content accuracy
- Align ad creative with landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Support campaign launches with cohesive messaging across paid and organic channels
- 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong experience writing ad copy that converts
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Comfortable working with healthcare or regulated industries (or willing to learn)
- Data-informed mindset: you understand how creative impacts performance
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, or similar (nice to have)
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth
- Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization
- Basic design sense (Canva, Figma, or creative briefing experience)
- Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments
- Work on a product that directly improves patient access to care
- High ownership and real impact on growth
