Join CAE as a Marketing Advisor, focusing on B2B and B2G marketing initiatives in the Civil Aviation and Defence & Security portfolios. Drive campaign execution and stakeholder coordination to elevate marketing efforts.

This temporary position, reporting to the Lead Marketing Strategist, requires 3-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign coordination and execution in complex environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and Stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between marketing teams and agencies

• Manage the timely production of marketing assets

• Support KPI framework structuring and performance reporting

• Maintain the master project tracker for visibility

• Assist with budget tracking and financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• 3-7 years of experience in marketing coordination

• Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics dashboards

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Strong organizational and project management skills
