Position: Full-Time Lead Pastor Opportunity
Location: Central Saskatchewan (Humboldt)

As Lead Pastor, you will influence the congregation through the preaching of God’s Word and diligent leadership. You are responsible for ministry oversight, ensuring the church's mission aligns with biblical teachings. Collaborating with elders, you'll set strategic goals to promote spiritual growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and deliver biblically grounded sermons weekly

• Oversee teaching ministries, ensuring theological integrity

• Lead special worship and community events

• Work with Elders on strategic planning and church vision

• Provide pastoral care and counseling for members

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of pastoral ministry experience

• 4 years of theological training or equivalent

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Agreement with church values and doctrinal statements

• Commitment to community and evangelism efforts
