SLGBTQIA+ students at Queen's University by becoming a volunteer with Queers 4 Peers. Provide empathetic support, resource referrals, and participate in outreach activities.

The Queers 4 Peers initiative, part of the Peer Support Centre under the Alma Mater Society, aims to create safe spaces and empower queer students. As a volunteer, you’ll provide one-on-one support while developing your communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Join a vibrant team committed to fostering an inclusive community through events and peer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend training sessions to understand operations

• Offer social/personal support to peers

• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives

• Maintain a calm and positive demeanor

• Communicate effectively with your supervisor
