Join Faith Fellowship Baptist Church as a full-time Youth & Children's Pastor, offering essential leadership and mentorship to guide young believers in their spiritual journey. Inspire children and youth to actively participate in the church community.

As a full-time staff member at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church, you will oversee and enhance our children's and youth ministries. This role involves creating effective discipleship strategies and motivating both youth engagement and volunteer teamwork. Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and church leadership to support spiritual growth and foster a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee children's and youth ministry activities

• Develop and implement engaging discipleship programs

• Mentor volunteers and encourage team cohesion

• Participate in church planning and administrative meetings

• Work closely under the supervision of the Senior Pastor

Requirements:

• Strong faith and commitment to Christ's teachings

• Previous experience in children’s and youth ministry

• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a church setting
