Position: Crossview Church Youth Ministry Leader
Location: Southeastern Manitoba (Lorette)

Become a guiding force in youth ministry at Crossview Church as a full-time Youth Pastor. Foster an environment of community, ministry strategy, and volunteer development.

Crossview Church is seeking a dedicated Youth Pastor to lead its youth ministry initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a vision that aligns with the church's mission and values. Collaborating with church leaders, you will develop a long-term strategy that reflects the community's aspirations while nurturing youth through well-planned programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively model the church's culture personally and professionally

• Strategically plan youth ministry goals and objectives

• Oversee execution of weekly and special youth events

• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers

• Develop and manage ministry budget successfully

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on integrity

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience in youth ministry preferred

• Proven teamwork ability in volunteer settings

• Criminal record and abuse registry checks required
