You will lead training sessions for ministry leaders, fostering growth and support while managing project budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee key events to enhance volunteer engagement

• Manage the Serve budget in collaboration with Finance

• Develop policies for booking requests and events

• Promote tools for discovering parishioner gifts

• Collaborate on Leadership Summits for skill enhancement
