Position: Full-Time Associate Pastor at FFBC
Location: Riding Mountain (Neepawa)

Join Faith Fellowship Baptist Church in Brandon as a full-time Associate Pastor of Discipleship & Family Ministries. Take the lead in mentoring young adults and families within a multicultural community.

The Associate Pastor will focus on pastoral leadership, overseeing discipleship programs, and promoting community engagement through the gospel. This role requires someone passionate about faith growth, motivating teams, and exemplifying authentic Christian leadership. You will collaborate with the Senior Pastor and church leadership in various administrative and planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discipleship and mentorship programs for young adults

• Oversee family ministries and community engagement efforts

• Facilitate church administration and planning meetings

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor

• Mentor and develop team members in their faith journey

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pastoral leadership roles

• Strong team-building and motivational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups

• Willingness to engage with the Brandon community
