As a Youth Worker, you will play a pivotal role in developing programs that cater to youth needs, while channeling your creativity into effective team collaboration. Engaging in fundraising and administrative tasks will further your impact within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging youth programs

• Collaborate with volunteers for effective support

• Advocate for youth through community fundraising

• Attend key meetings and participate in staff retreats

• Communicate effectively with parents and community members

Requirements:

• Committed to Youth Unlimited mission and ministry strategy

• Strong relational and communication abilities

• Background in youth ministry preferred

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

• Required Criminal Reference Check for Vulnerable Persons
