This role calls for an experienced Pastor committed to spiritual maturity and community involvement. You will lead church services, mentor leaders, and cultivate a culture of discipleship r responsibilities also include attending Board of Deacons meetings and fostering connections with various ministries in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach regularly, delivering biblically sound messages

• Mentorship and leadership development for church members

• Oversee church ministries and ensure their alignment with the mission

• Build relationships with local organizations and community members

• Provide pastoral support during significant life events

Requirements:

• Ordained with CBOQ or readiness to pursue ordination

• Master's degree in Theology or equivalent

• Adherence to church constitution and bylaws

• Compliance with child safety protocols

• Passion for urban outreach and evangelism
