Full-Time Pastor at First Baptist Church

Location: New Liskeard

Become a pivotal leader at First Baptist Church in Temiskaming Shores as a full-time pastor. Engage in preaching, teaching, and outreach while guiding a passionate Revitalization Team.

This role requires candidates with CBOQ credentials or an equivalent, and a Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary. You will cultivate worship through dynamic preaching, effective community outreach, and administrative leadership. The position offers the chance to impact all age groups while being part of a small, welcoming church eager for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship through engaging preaching and Bible studies

• Drive evangelism and outreach initiatives in the community

• Attend Deacons and Board of Management meetings regularly

• Provide pastoral care through visitations and counseling

• Manage other church-related duties as needed

Requirements:

• CBOQ credentials or equivalent required

• Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in time management and administration

• Demonstrated authentic Christian faith
