In this vital role, you will lead our members towards a deeper understanding of faith while fostering connections within Bruderheim and beyond. Primary responsibilities include preaching engaging sermons, offering pastoral support, and participating in key community events. You will work closely with church leadership to enrich our congregation’s journey toward God’s Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach Biblically based sermons with actionable insights

• Encourage congregational and community growth

• Handle pastoral responsibilities such as ceremonies

• Serve those in hospitals and shut-ins within the community

• Engage actively in church and social events

Requirements:

• A degree or in pursuit from a Theological school

• Affirmed by a governing religious body

• Strong relationship with Jesus Christ

• Good teaching, relational, and support skills

• Previous mission experience valued
