Position: Full-Time Youth Pastor in Manitoba
Location: South Central Manitoba (Altona)

Lead youth in their faith journey at Bergfeld Mennonite Church, a welcoming community in rural Manitoba. This full-time role focuses on mentoring, planning activities, and fostering youth engagement.

Bergfeld Mennonite Church seeks a committed full-time youth pastor to mentor around 30 youth. Your responsibilities will include organizing weekly meetings, retreats, and mission trips while nurturing relationships both within and outside the church community. A strong personal faith and alignment with the church’s mission are essential for success in this transformative role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead weekly youth meetings for spiritual growth

• Organize retreats and mission trips for youth participation

• Foster relationships with youth to encourage active involvement

• Equip and oversee a team of youth sponsors

• Participate actively in church leadership and initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong personal faith in Jesus Christ

• Experience in youth ministry or equivalent leadership

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
