At YFC Steinbach | Youth Unlimited, we are actively seeking dedicated individuals who excel in relational ministry and discipleship. This role emphasizes direct youth engagement through mentoring, program development, and community involvement. A heart for serving youth with integrity and emotional support is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming drop-in space two evenings per week

• Conduct 1-to-1 mentorship and small group sessions

• Develop and manage youth programming for various occasions

• Maintain cleanliness in community spaces and facilities

• Build a personal support team for ministry partnership

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation

• Clear Criminal Record and Child & Adult Abuse checks

• Experience with youth in various settings preferred

• Self-starter qualities and adaptability in ministry

• Strong alignment with YFC’s faith values
