This position is ideal for individuals passionate about youth development and closely aligned with the mission of Youth Unlimited YFC. You will plan and implement activities, advocate for youth through fundraising, and collaborate with volunteers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and engage in youth activities

• Attend regular supervisory and team meetings

• Recruit and manage volunteers effectively

• Advocate for youth and participate in fundraising

• Complete monthly administrative reports and policies

Requirements:

• Fully aligned with Youth Unlimited YFC's mission

• Strong relational and leadership skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check required
