Strategic Community Development Manager

Drive impactful community engagement at Google as a Community Development Manager focused on strategic partnerships. Work onsite 5 days a week in Muhos or Kajāni, Finland.

In this advanced role within the Strategic Partnerships Office, you’ll leverage your expertise in program and project management to shape community development initiatives. Collaborate with various stakeholders including local municipalities, education institutions, and nonprofits to drive data center growth and community sustainability. Your ability to influence and engage will be key to delivering impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead community development strategies and partnerships in Finland

• Develop communication tools to educate local communities

• Build relationships with government and industry stakeholders

• Engage with community leaders and economic development organizations

• Support data center project development and community impact initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 8 years in program or project management

• Experience with local municipalities and community groups

• Ability to travel 25% of the time

• Fluent in Finnish for community interactions
