Position: Youth Pastor for Rural Church Community
Location: South Central Manitoba (Altona)

Join Bergfeld Mennonite Church as a full-time youth pastor, guiding youth in rural Manitoba. This role emphasizes discipleship, mentorship, and fostering relationships through engaging programs.

We are searching for a youth pastor dedicated to nurturing approximately 30 youth in their faith. Essential duties include planning weekly gatherings, organizing meaningful retreats, and leading mission trips that involve youth engagement with the community. A strong foundation in faith is required, along with effective leadership and communication skills to enhance church life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disciple youth through weekly meetings focused on faith

• Oversee mission trip planning and execution

• Build strong relationships with youth inside and outside of church

• Lead a team of youth sponsors to support church activities

• Involve youth in meaningful church leadership roles

Requirements:

• Deep personal faith in Jesus Christ

• Proven experience in youth discipleship or ministry

• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

• Committed to the mission of Bergfeld Mennonite Church

• Passion for youth ministry and community involvement
