Your role will focus on enhancing housing accessibility and supporting local businesses throughout construction phases.

You'll act as the critical link between local contractors and Indigenous communities, driving socioeconomic progress. Facilitate necessary arrangements for housing and services that create a welcoming environment for workers. Your proactive approach and excellent communication are essential for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coordination of housing and food services

• Build lasting relationships with stakeholders and contractors

• Negotiate agreements with property owners and food vendors

• Provide newcomers with vital local information and services

• Track and report on community needs and initiative outcomes

Requirements:

• Diploma of College Studies or equivalent

• 5–8 years in housing, entrepreneurship, or related areas

• Knowledge of the Matawinie region is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong oral and written communication abilities
