As a Bartender you will:
Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting Forbes, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages and adhere to guest special requests.Be responsible for the service of guests seated at the bar and preparation of beverages for In-Room Dining orders.Have knowledge of Silverware Point of Sale system.Have thorough knowledge of cocktails and ability to develop new recipes around a creative cocktail program.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Bar.Be responsible for inventory control & ordering.Assist with Wine Cellar organization.Work in a team environment and assist in The Pointe Restaurant as required.Balance end of day financial transactions.The Wickaninnish Inn is committed to the principles of equality and diversity in the workplace. Salary/Wage: $18.10 per hour
