Contract Permanent Hours Full Time Salary Negotiable Sous Chef
We are currently looking for a sous chef to enhance the kitchen brigade and would like to hear from you if you have the hunger, skills and experience it takes to be a Sous Chef at our busy town restaurant.
The ideal Sous Chef will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working, within a
professional fine dining kitchen, in a senior role and have a proven track record. A good working knowledge of HAACP with the ability to supervise and mentor of chef roles within the kitchen is crucial. Our working week is 5 days usually Tuesday to Saturday
