This is an on-site, full-time position for a Line Cook located in Etobicoke, ON. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring the consistency and presentation of all menu items, and adhering to food safety regulations. Additional duties include contributing to the overall organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, assisting with stock management, and collaborating with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth operations during service.
Qualifications- Cooking, meal preparation, and ability to follow recipes with attention to detail
- Time management, multitasking, and working under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry
- Experience in a professional kitchen is an asset but not required
- Passion for food and commitment to a quality dining experience
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
