Kitchen Lounge Agent

Job Summary

The expected pay rate is $18.25/hr.

• Loading and unloading of the dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations throughout the kitchen.
• Sweep and mop the Lounge and Kitchen area as needed.
• Waste away services following recycling procedures.
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas of the Lounge and Kitchen.
• Receiving and stocking daily food and liquor orders.
• Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.
• Must work weekends.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee might occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• A high school degree or GED is preferred.
• Good command of the English language both verbal and written.
• Food handler’s license.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to follow instructions with an upbeat attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills.
