Your role includes managing inventory, maintaining the wine cellar, and assisting with the training of new staff. A passion for learning about wines and spirits, along with a proactive approach to guest service, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure service excellence and adhere to high standards

• Assist guests with wine selections and pairings

• Conduct training seminars for the team and guests

• Maintain accurate beverage menus and inventory controls

• Support and enhance the restaurant leadership team

Requirements:

• Previous fine dining experience as a sommelier

• Knowledge of local and Old-World wines

• Strong communication and teaching abilities

• Valid Serving It Right Certification

• Dedication to quality and guest satisfaction
