Luxury Lead Bartender Position

At our renowned location, you'll manage the bar team in The Library by the MaCallan, focusing on premium Scotch whiskies and personalized service. This role is ideal for bartenders with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to service excellence. Your overarching goal will be to curate exceptional experiences for our guests through innovative cocktails and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit

• Train and oversee bar staff performance

• Develop insight into whiskey offerings and cocktail techniques

• Handle inventory management and supply orders

• Maintain high sanitation and safety standards at the bar

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of luxury bartending experience

• Proficient knowledge of spirits and wines

• Strong service-oriented mindset

• Valid work authorization and Serving It Right Certificate

• Adaptability to busy service periods
