Location: Central Okanagan and High Country (Revelstoke)

Take on the Swing Chef role at Albreda Lodge with Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing in Blue River, BC. This full-time seasonal position involves ensuring high kitchen standards and meal preparation for staff and guests.

As a Swing Chef, you will contribute to maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and food quality, while covering shifts for the AM Sous Chef. Supporting the Head Chef in designing staff dinner and lunch programs, you will help manage the grocery program and follow health regulations meticulously. Strong communication will be essential to ensure a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and serve nutritious meals for guests

• Maintain kitchen readiness and cleanliness

• Assist in planning and preparing menus

• Coordinate grocery needs for the kitchen

• Attend kitchen and staff meetings regularly

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of culinary experience preferred

• Must hold FOODSAFE Level 1 certification

• Adaptability to a fast-paced kitchen

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexible regarding menu changes and staff needs
