• Monitor and improve food quality and service speed

• Lead hiring and training for all restaurant staff

• Oversee local engagement initiatives and service recovery

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in restaurant management

• Experience with P&L and cost control

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

• Completed FOODSAFE Level 1;
Level 2 is a plus

• Familiarity with POS systems and Windows 11
