Key Responsibilities:

• Control daily operations within the bakery

• Plan and organize operational tasks

• Evaluate merchandise and services offered

• Recruit and oversee staff and volunteers

• Handle customer issues and supply shortages

Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalent

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge of bakery products

• Experience in supervising small teams

• On-site work required with no remote options
