- New Hire: $18.50/hour
- Fully Trained: $18.75/hour
- Advanced: $19/hour
- Cross-Trained: $19.25/hour
- Shift Leader: $19.50/hour

Your RoleAs a Kitchen Crew team member, you’ll help prepare the food guests love while keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning valuable skills in a supportive environment.

- Available 15–40 hours per week
- Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
- Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
- Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods
- Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
- Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
- Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
- Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience
- Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
- Communicate clearly during rush periods
- Support a positive, respectful workplace
