Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Assistant Team Leader at our TJ's Pizza/Chester's Fried Chicken location in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Support the Team leader in the general operation of the food franchise, following manuals and guidelines set out, while maintaining quality and standard in both food and guest services.
• Train, monitor, and reinforce Food Safety procedures based on company and Food Safety regulations, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations including ordering, receiving, inventory control, and costing.
• Maintain complete understanding of the point of sale (POS) system and complete required daily, weekly, and period-end paperwork.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly.
• Recruit, schedule, supervise, coach, train, mentor, and manage the performance of the team.
• Ensure compliance with company operating policies, procedures, and guidelines including asset protection, safety, and food safety.
• Perform minor repairs to assets as required.

• Possess valid Class 5 drivers license.
• Able to fulfill the physical job requirements, including standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
