As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Tim Hortons, delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly smile. You'll play a key role in keeping the restaurant clean and organized, ensuring every food and beverage meets our high-quality standards. From greeting guests and preparing orders to maintaining a safe and clean environment, your positive attitude and commitment will make a lasting impact on every guest's experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly attitude.

Accurately take and repeat orders to ensure correctness.

Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen.

Ensure all food products are kept at the correct temperatures and follow safety guidelines.

Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints, ensuring resolution.

Use proper sanitation practices, including handwashing and cleaning duties.

Work efficiently and maintain speed of service to meet guest needs, especially during busy periods.

Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.

Previous experience in Quick Service is a plus, but not required.

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.
