Pomeroy Lodging is seeking a personable Breakfast Attendant to join the team.
Your role involves ensuring a flawless breakfast experience while creating positive first impressions on guests. You will set up food stations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food service standards while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests courteously to the breakfast area
• Maintain cleanliness of food stations and dining area
• Prepare hot items and brew coffee daily
• Ensure pantry is stocked with required items
• Address guest complaints with professionalism
Requirements:
• Previous hotel experience is an asset
• Food Safe Certificate required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to stand for long periods, with some physical movement
