Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and plate exquisite à la carte dishes daily

• Work collaboratively to optimize kitchen operations

• Ensure adherence to food quality and safety standards

• Experiment with Nordic and international cuisines

• Provide training to new kitchen team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an à la carte chef for 4-5 seasons

• Independent and team-oriented work capabilities

• Knowledge of international and Nordic cuisines is beneficial

• Proficiency in English or Finnish communication

• Able to work immediately in Finland, EU citizens only
