As a key member of the kitchen team, you will support the Executive Chef by supervising culinary staff and ensuring each meal meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality nutritious meals are prepared daily

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health protocols

• Provide coaching and supervision to kitchen staff

• Prepare vegetables, soups, and evening meal specials

• Assist with kitchen operations and meal service setups

Requirements:

• University or College Diploma in Culinary preferred

• 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience

• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required

• Strong ability to communicate within a team

• Must be flexible with shift timings, including weekends
