This full-time role focuses on assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals in a private residence for approximately 25 elderly individuals. You will help craft diverse menus, manage supplies, and maintain a clean cooking environment while following food safety regulations. Additionally, working with other staff to meet unique nutritional needs is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals

• Handle food inventory and supplies management

• Keep kitchen and equipment sanitized and organized

• Comply with all food hygiene standards

• Work with care staff to address specific dietary needs

Requirements:

• Secondary education; culinary training preferred

• 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience

• Familiarity with food safety regulations necessary
