Join Finesta for a rewarding chef experience in Lapland this winter! We are seeking experienced à la carte chefs for the 2026/2027 season to enchant diners with high-quality cuisine.
This exciting seasonal role allows you to immerse yourself in the culinary world of Lapland's picturesque venues. As part of an international team, you will create remarkable dishes while benefiting from relocation assistance and professional growth opportunities. Experience the serenity of snowy landscapes while contributing to exceptional dining services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional à la carte meals with flair
• Participate in kitchen team collaboration and planning
• Uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene
• Engage with diverse cuisines, especially Nordic flavors
• Assist in training and guiding junior chefs
Requirements:
• At least 4-5 seasons as a proven à la carte chef
• Effective team player with independent working skills
• Familiarity with Nordic and international culinary practices
• Good English or Finnish communication skills
• Eligibility for immediate work in Finland for EU citizens
