As the PM Sous Chef, you'll collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver top-notch service and maintain the highest food quality. This role requires strong skills in kitchen management, menu planning, and food safety. You'll be integral in ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests and staff while promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality meals for guests and staff

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment

• Assist in menu planning and food storage

• Oversee food preparation and execution

• Communicate with team members effectively

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Sous Chef

• Proven upscale restaurant background

• Knowledge of food safety regulations

• Strong customer service skills

• Flexibility in a dynamic kitchen environment
