The Westin RDU/Brier Creek is seeking both entry-level and experienced AM Line Cooks. This role is crucial in supporting our Food & Beverage department while delivering high-quality dishes and guest service. Your contributions will empower the hotel's success as you develop your culinary talents and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality food adhering to safety guidelines
• Take orders and prepare meals as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and tables
• Provide excellent guest service during meal times
• Engage with guests by answering comments and suggestions
Requirements:
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality for guest interaction
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Clean background check and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus
