This position is for an Experienced Shift Manager responsible for supervising 5-10 staff members in a restaurant or fast food outlet. You will ensure the training of employees aligns with safety protocols and quality standards. Responsible for inventory and addressing customer feedback, you play a pivotal role in the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise activities of staff preparing food

• Train employees on sanitation and safety procedures

• Estimate ingredients and supplies for meal preparation

• Ensure food and service meet quality control benchmarks

• Resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 7 months to less than 1 year of related managerial experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure efficiently

• Availability for flexible shift hours, including evenings
