Build fresh, high-quality baked goods while following Tim Hortons recipes and production standards

Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen to meet daily bake schedules and product freshness targets

Maintain strict food safety practices, including proper sanitation and safe handling of ingredients

Operate and monitor bakery equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and proofing systems

Measure ingredients accurately and consistently to deliver reliable taste and texture

Restock supplies, rotate inventory using FIFO, and help manage bake-level ingredient organization

Follow workplace health and safety guidelines and report equipment or safety issues right away

Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Provide friendly, team-first support to help the store deliver great guest experiences
